We require a $200 deposit to reserve a share of grass-fed beef. This deposit goes toward the final price and can be paid via check, Apple Pay or Venmo. All sales are final. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (971) 205-2202 to arrange the deposit payment. After placing your order/deposit, we will send a confirmation email that summarizes the order and pick-up process.
The final payment amount will be based on the hanging weight of the animal. Cut and wrap fees will be paid separately to our local butcher shop, The Meating Place. After we receive your final payment and the meat hangs for 14 days, The Meating Place will cut and wrap your meat according to your specifications. They will organize a time for you to pick up your meat at their store. We would rather sell the meat to you directly at the farm, but we understand the need for food safety regulations.
