Order

Thank you for your interest in our grass-fed beef.  We harvest annually in the spring because we want our animals to finish on lush, spring grass.  What the animal eats for the last 90 days affects their flavor profile. The beef shares are typically ready for pickup in June/July.  We require a $200 deposit to reserve a share of grass-fed beef.  This deposit goes toward the final price.  All sales are final, please email catherine@catherinescattle.com or call (971) 205-2202 to arrange a deposit payment.  After placing your order/deposit, we will send a confirmation email that summarizes the order and pick-up process. 

The final payment amount is based on the hanging weight of the animal. Cut and wrap costs will be paid separately to our local butcher shop, The Meating Place.  After we receive your final payment and the meat hangs for 14 days, The Meating Place will cut and wrap your meat according to your specifications. They will organize a time for you to pick up your meat at their store.
